Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Yes, appointments are required for grooming services to ensure we provide personalized, stress-free care. Self-serve wash stations are available on a walk-in basis.
Are cats welcome for grooming, too?
Absolutely! We offer specialized cat grooming services by trained professionals experienced in feline handling.
What vaccines are required?

Adult dogs and cats must be current on their Rabies vaccination.

Puppies must have completed their full series of puppy vaccinations.

Kittens must have completed their full series of kitten vaccinations.
How long will grooming take?
Finishing times vary depending on the pet’s coat, size, and behavior. We prioritize quality and comfort over speed, and exact timing cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other appointments. Please call us if you’re running behind.
Is there a late pickup policy?
Yes, pets not picked up within 1 hour of notification may incur a daycare fee. Prior arrangements can be made if needed.
Can I stay with my pet during grooming?
For safety and to create a calm environment, we kindly ask that owners do not remain with their pets during services. You’re welcome to stay for the self-serve wash.
What should I bring for the self-serve wash?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, finishing spray, apron, towels, and dryer. You just bring your pet (and any special shampoos if needed).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
